How to show "current" in the TO and FROM dates field?

For employment and addresses that are CURRENT, how do you show that in the TO and FROM field?
Have people being doing asterisk's (**-**-**) to show current, or putting the date the application is submitted, or leaving it blank???

Such a simple thing! haha.

Put the date that the application is signed.

Just want to ensure that that won't make it look like my US citizen husband's dates of living in the US end on the date our application gets sent in (I would be concerned it would like he no longer lives there and is moving to Canada prior to his visa being issued).

Have yourself appointed as an Authorized Representative, then the forms as I recall are concerned only with your address.
