I'm in Canada with my Canadian partner and hope to become a permanent resident ASAP.
My application was sent December 2016 but was NOT complete at that time because 'the tax notice of assessment' of my partner was missing.
We clarified this on a seperate sheet at that time.
Now, my partner received her tax notice of assessment but we are not sure how to proceed so my application is completed.
Can we send it in an envelop and clarify that it should be added to my application?
Do we need to wait untill we receive a request from CIC ?
So what is the best way to submit this document?
