Hi,
need some help urgently:

Documents to be sent to wes:
1. Transcripts - I have received both bachelors and masters transcripts from separate universities. Do I need to send these in separate envelopes or in one envelope?
2. Degrees - Wes site says forward a copy of degrees - how to send these - via e-mail or mail? if mail, can I share both degrees in one envelope? Also, do I need to get degrees attested?

Any help will be highly appreciated.

thanks in advance.

I'm assuming you have got sealed envelope for the Transcript and copies of the Degree certificates. Thats mandatory.

Send all envelopes in a single envelope.

Hi tulikak,

they want the transcripts to be sent directly by the instution in a sealed envelope. This means that both universities need to send the documents separately.

If they refuse to send them for you, you can also send them yourself, however you need each university to put them in an envelope and seal that envelope with a stamp on top of the edge of the flap. In this case, you can then put both sealed envelopes into another envelope and mail them together, as falam suggested.

You need to send copies of your degrees by mail and you can put them both in the same envelope, as there is no requirement for them to be sent directly by the institution. You do not need an attestation. If you send the transcript envelopes yourself you can put everything in the same envelope.

However, if either the transcripts (that the universities send) or the degrees (that you send) are neither in English nor in French, you need to get them translated by a certified translator.

Hope this helps!
