hello frnd

in 10 days my 120 days limit to lodge full docs will expire.

everything is ready...by God's grace !

im from delhi, so i am thinking abt handing over my Docs Set myself

or shud i let my agent send it via a Courier?

pls tell pros and cons for both options.

thanks.

COurier..use fedex or DHL...ur documents will be reached within 3 working days.

Hi Anil,

I do not think they accept documents by hand.

Even though you are in Delhi you should courier it with a tracking number so that you know exactly when your pacakage was delivered.

Hope this helps.

use reliable courier e.g. Blue dart. It may be expensive but more secure

Ensure to use the services of DHL/Blue dart. It might be expensive but nothing against career plan of our lives.

I cannot say for Delhi, but they DO accept delivery in person in other visa offices. Why wouldn't they?

Use speed post of India post, they are reliable and very cheap, can be tracked also on the site of India Post. Even the embassy when send the passport back uses speed post, if the embassy can rely on it, why cant we ? You can post it from the place where there is post box of CHC ND.
I also used it.

They dont take by hand, it is dropped in postal box of CHC, New Delhi, if you drop in person you will have no proof of dispatch ( in case later in embassy says they did not receive the documents)

Which visa office? If they issue a receipt then its fine. Probably ND does not have enough man power to deal with this task.

For example, Moscow - if you don't ask for receipt they will send you AOR by regular way. However, if you do ask they will give you AOR right away.

If your visa office is CHC New Delhi than they do not take it in personal? Use Blue Dart courier, very reliable service they provide I sent through Bluedart and they deliver on next day in good condition. But I don't know where your agent is, Is he in India or which part of India or in abroad?

If he is in abroad it would take 4 days to reach CHC? But from India basically from NCR than take 2 days?
Thanks
