How to secure a job offer for scaling up CRS points

Hi
Can anyone let me know knpw whats the best way tp get a job offer. My CRS points are below 400 and i need those extra ponts to scale up my score.
I have secured the max points in my IELTS I am currently working on my french skills. It would be great if spneone could help how to secures the job offer.

It's extremely difficult to secure a job offer - most people aren't successful. If you want to try - you will have to apply for jobs through reputable job sites like indeed, linkedin, workopolis, etc.

You should look for other ways to increase your points since it's very unlikely you'll be successful in securing a job offer.
