Be realistic its way too hard (impossible) to land a job offer while you still are in your home country. TBH there are a lot of graduates who are trying hard to get the same job to which you apply. So you need to be here first and then look for the job. Job boards like Indeed.ca, workopolis are good way to know what it takes in terms of qualification to get a job here.
