I was on an F-1 visa in the US before immigrating to Canada.

During that time, I started and completed my degree. Also completed OPT, and STEM OPT.
I departed the US during my 60-day grace period (also known as D/S duration of status on I94/passport stamp), which exceeds the expiration date of both my STEM OPT authorization, and the expiry date of the issued F-1 visa.

How can I report these dates on my citizenship application?

Option A: Include the entire period (degree + OPT + STEM OPT + grace period) as F-1 visa status (so Student Visa). CONS are that these dates exceed the visa's expiry date, so would that make processing my application complex?

Option B: Split degree, from OPT & STEM OPT given that it required an employment authorization document (but it's not necessarily worker visa)

If anyone was in a similar situation, I'm just looking for a clean way to report this information accurately.
