hello everyone

I have been hustled by caips note servers site which is ( http://www.caipsfile.ca/ ) . I have applied since more than 2 months for the the full package note 90$. I have emailed them regularity but unfortunately they ignore me. As their site mention that it needs only 5-6 maximum for the note to be send to me.

anyway i wanted to report them to the Canadian government and the Canadian Royal Mounted Police CRMP about this fraud as the CIC site has recommended me but the thing is i couldn't find an email for this kind of report. Can anyone please help me ?

( am not doing this for the money, the 90$ can go to hell but am doing this because it's matter of principle and trust. Plus they may lie to anyone else )

They are applying for your notes, just like you would, only they are using freedom of information act. They paid the $5 to CIC for your notes. It is possible that they were sent a 'delay' notice, which can happen to anyone that requests information. If they requested a 'paper' file rather than an electronic copy that would take longer.

You can't really list them as frauds since they are using the same system you would use only they are charging you exponentially more than you would pay for yourself. If you want your notes, go here https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...rmation-privacy/requests-information-act.html and click the link for 'apply online'. By the end of it you will also get a notice stating that the current processing time is 31 days but they reserve the right to 'delay' as necessary.

Only Canadian citizens/PRs or individuals/corporations IN Canada can apply. OP is likely outside of Canada and therefore can't apply themselves.
