How to Register to Mon Project?

Hello,

I want to know that has anybody registered to Mon Project for Quebec Immigration until now? I have tried my best but fail, i think it is not working. Can some body tell that what is wrong with it?

Not yet, the website is not working. I think that they are not expecting that many traffic to register. Hopefully they will fix it soon.
