How to register online business

Hi everyone,

I build website, Sell webhosting, do SEO services in my part time. I want to expand it and want to register a company.

Which type of company is best for this?
Should i register for HST?
I will be working alone at my home in Toronto and sell virtual goods online.
Currently it is just making less than $1000 per month.

Any procedure if i need to hire couple of people who will be working from home ?
