How to receive correspondence as sponsor

My common law partner is applying for PR - however he is really bad when it comes to admin type stuff, we would much prefer if I (the sponsor) were the one to receive the correspondence. I assume we just have to fill out the "use of a Representative" form naming myself as the representative ... is that correct?

You can do that or like my husband and I, we shared an email address. I was also the one that made the account with my cic. He nevery logged on. Just me.

I made myself the representative and i get all communications
