how to reapply with previously submitted application data?

After being rejected, we are considering re-applying.
Do we need to fill everything again? The rejection letter mentions that everything is saved for 60 days, but we dont know how to access it.

Appreciate if someone would advise.

You will have to create a new EE profile from scratch, wait for an ITA and submit all documents again.
