How to re-create EE profile through the same account after expiration?

Same as you did earlier.
At the top, it shows your current profile.
Below that is the space for all the draft profiles.
Further down, on the left, is a list of links. Select the first one which says Express Entry in its description. Further, select express entry below the question (about code) and you're ready to go.
