How to prove work experience during Implied Status?

Hi,

If your work permit application gets rejection. Can you still use the work experience gained during Implied status as work experience towards CEC?

If it is possible. How do we prove it? What documents do we really need to give them?

The documents to prove your work experience while in implied status would remain exactly the same as that you are using to prove your work experience while on valid workpermit.

However to prove that you are legally working while on implied status may be you can include the rejection letter also submit a detailed covering letter to make it more clear.
