How to pay the Right of permanent residence fee under EE

Hi guy,

I have a question here, how should I pay the Right of permanent residence fee under EE --- I just received their email without any instuction of where to do the payment. There is only a button in MyCIC to submit the recipt.

Please, anyone has the experience kindly let me know how to pay the fee.
