How to pay application processing fee to university

I live in Karachi, Pakistan and I dont have credit card. How can I pay application processing fee to the university, although university is accepting money order but I will have to pay 25$ more.
Please suggest me any money changer or person who can pay my fee online through credit card and I will pay him cash.
