ok, we've finished filling out all of the forms and gathered all of our documents, now just to organize and send! I (the sponsor) dont have as many forms so i've just put all of my into two envelopes "sponsor forms" and "sponsor supporting documents" in order and with paper clips separating them. However, my common law partner has a lot more documents, all of our bills/photos/letters/travel tickets ex., and right now we have them all in a file folder with tabs, but i've read some posts saying not to put them in binders and such. So should we put them all in separate envelopes or just keep them in the file folder as long as it's organized and easy to follow?
