Hello everyone

I'm sponsoring my husband to Canada , and I'm a bit concerned oh how to organize all these documents and forms in a professional way ! I know that a neat looking application can please the immigration officer , and hopefully speed up the whole process !

any helpful tips or suggestions from your experience ?

regards !

I would say first of all follow all directions. Put checklist first then in order all the forms and documents. Make sure all forms are filled out properly or they could return your whole application, causing you delays in processing. Good luck!

(Speaking from experience of spousal PR application.) From the instructions (avoid staples, clips, etc) their workflow is almost certainly scanning it all onto computer as soon as it arrives and work from electronic copy. So as long as it's complete, they should figure it out. Bar code pages come earlier than the order they're printed out, and checklist on top. But it's a huge stack of paper, and instinct is to try to clip related parts of it together, but don't!

Hi

A neatly organized package doesn't speed up processing. They rip it all apart and re-organize it anyways.
