hi everyone,is there anyone knows how to get a police clearance for non resident in guinea bissau ?my husband worked in bissau wayback 1992. we do not have an embassy or consulate here in the philipines to assist as in getting a police clearance.Visa office requested my husband to submit it within 60 days from the date of letter.based on the website they sent as on how to obtain PC,you have to apply at tribunal region where u reside.thats it.there was no other details.pls help us!!!!
