how to obtain a pcc for ex-saudi and who is currently living in the philippines.

Hello guys! Can anybody please help me on the process of obtaining a pcc? I am an ex-saudi and is already here in the philippines.a pcc or any alternative from saudi police proclaiming that i have no deregatory record? Because i am planning to submit it together with my application in QSW.

Any input will be appreciated.thank you.
