I applied for a study visa and had acceptance by Conestoga college for PGDM in Software quality assurance and testing management in OCT 2022 with the following credentials:

10th-88%
12th-77%
B.E-6.85 CGPA
With one year of experience as a QA engineer in a private company
IELTS-6 i.e L-6;r-5.5;w-5.5;s-7
Fees and Gic-PAID

Were you refused? What were the refusal reasons?

Your IELTS scores are very low for reading and writing. You should rewrite IELTS.
 
am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by
paragraph R216(1)(b) of the IRPR (https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/sor-2002-227/
section-216.html). I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will
leave Canada, based on the following factors:
• The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the
details you have provided in your application.
• Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of: your qualifications, previous
studies, mark sheets, academic record, level of establishment, language abilities, and/or your
future prospects and plans.
