How to make payment for WES for education assesment in USD with credit card

I want to apply for WES for my BTECH and MBA assesment for FSW 2014.

do i need to pay 180 usd for each degree evalaution emans 180 for btech and 180 for mba


if so do i need evaluation of both degrees.

I have done my BTECH and MBA from India.

I understand 180 is candaian dolloras. currenlty from USA , can i pay in USD using credit card

if not Please suggest how to pay in canadaina dollors
