How to link paper application with CIC online ?

Hi
As per my passport I do not have a family name and therefore in my application form I had to write the entire name in the "Family Name" field and leave the given name field. Now I can't do that when I try to link the paper application online as the given name field cannot be left blank.

How Do i get past this? It isn't able to find my application.
