I have an application for Permanent Resident and I wan to link it to my account but I have a representative and I want to keep it that way, but when I'm trying to do it the system ask me to upload the format to cancel my representative, and I don't want to do that.
Can somebody helped me to know how to link my application to my account without get rid of my representative please?
