how to link my application to my current CIC account? i have reset my cic accoun

I lost my cic username and reset it. Now I want to review my previous applications. I saw there is an instruction on how to link applications to the current account. However I failed after the maximum trials. Really need to know the exact info... Please help~~

First off, your CEC application would not get linked to your CIC account. So just to let you know the CEC application can be viewed on ECAS.

Secondly, in regards to your CIC account, since you have burnt out your tries, it's best if you call the call centre and get them to reset that for you.
