Newcomers to canada are eligible for free french classes which are funded by the federal governement. the french language program's name is CLIC.

in the last paragraph, click on the link that says "organization that helps newcomers" to find an organization in Regina that can provide you with an assessment for the program.

make an appointment with an organization near you and tell them you are interested in the free french classes. they will confirm when/where the classes are in your area, will assess your language skills and register you in a program that fits your schedule.
