How to know that CIC has accepted my file

I have send my FSWP application form to CIC and it has been received on 24th June 2013. But I didnt get any acknowledgement letter and the fee has not been deducted from credit card. What is the way to understand that they have accepted my file or not?

Well, the fact that you have not received any acknowledgement and the fact that your CC has not been charged, means that your application is either still being processed or it has already been processed and rejected and has since been sent back to you via mail.

When your file is "accepted" for further processing, you will see your CC charged and you will (eventually) get formal communication from CIC about your file being accepted, you just have to sit and wait and wait....and then wait some more.

it will take a month or 2 to charge the fee. once the fee is deducted from your CC it means they have accepted your application. CIC officials are so lazy so be patient. btw what was your noc?

thanks a lot guys for your kind reply. my noc was 1112. i have submitted all documents except national id card. however, i have clarified them the reason. lets c what happened.

how do they acknowledge? do they send e-mail or letter to address.

Now a days they are working on file received on 10th may to 13th may
