How to know if work permit is authentic or fake?

Hello! Is there anyone here know how to verify work permit if it's authentic or fake? Bec. I was issued by an agency abroad of a work permit stating I can work in Canada for a period of 5 yrs.

Did you apply for it, or did you pay thousands of dollars for it?

If you didn't apply to the Canadian visa office for it, it's probably fake.

My agency applied for it and I they ask me to pay for $1800. They say it is work permit type case 52, and it's a good kind of working permit.

It's fake, and you lost $1,800.

What kind of a job is it for and how did you find out about it?
