How to know if OINP has encashed my Demand Draft ?

Has anybody checked with the bank if the DD for oinp fees has been encashed ?
Its 65th day today and I have not received AOR.
Is there any way I can check with my bank if the DD is encashed and application is in process ?
FSW Outland.

Hi Payal,

Yes you can check with your bank, hope you have a copy of DD with you. Otherwise OINP will send a receipt for fee encashed along with AOR letter.
 
Yes I do have a copy.
So what do I need to do ?
Straight away go and enquire if so & so numbered DD is encashed or not.
Right ?

Right, The Bank might need your ID proof to share the info, so carry it while visiting the bank.
 
Hold on for a while for AOR, I myself at 65th day and nothing yet. Considering OINP timelines trend, it should be IN by next week (at max).
BTW, I'm unable to see your timelines in OINP sheet. Can you please update - link in my signature.

And about the AOR.
Its actually taking too long.
Hope the processing has started and we get the AOR soon.

Processing is an ongoing activity and many forum members have received AOR/nomination during last couple of weeks. Owing to holiday season, OINP should be operating with limited resources and hence it's taking some time for them. Starting first/second week of Jan 2016, there should be frequent updates.
