How to Inform CIC about Address Change

Dear All,
I need one information! I left recently Canada to join a teaching job in my country, India. I applied under CEC in Feb 2013 from Canada(Visa Office CPP-O). Please suggest how to notify CPP-O about my change in status(new occupation or employer, change of address, etc.). I was trying using ecas. It's only showing address change within Canada. Country code is not changing.
Should I email to : ottpilot-immigration@cic.gc.ca informing my changed status mentioning Name, DOB, Application no., UCI no. of mine, my wife and son.
or FAX the letter to : 613-946-6059

I did mine by email. They replied me back on same date that they updated my information.

If you can login to ecas, you can change your home address there.

Login online on ecas and update it ur self
