Hi all,

I am new here and this is first post in the forum. i have entered Express entry pool and Job bank 1 month back.

Below are the details .

Current CRS Score 370

4 Years Graduation
7 Years work experience
7 Ielts(W 6.5 ; L 7 ; R 7 ; S 7)
29 Age

Even i retake ielts and score 9, my CRS score would increase by 22 and stop at 392.

Could any one please suggest how i can improve my CRS score or how to use job bank effectively or get a PNP nomination

Improve your language scores. Get at least 8 in listening and 7 in the rest. Do it fast before you lose 5 points when you turn 30.

You can get more education too. PNP will be more expensive and the processing time will be longer.

Do this in the CRS tool. Just like xpressentry said. Take your IELTS to be the same except make Listening module 8 instead of 7. Now do this. Make writing 7 instead of 6.5. And then see the scores change. It shoots up to 429

That's what you will need to do at the very least. Of course, aiming higher will add few more points. :)

with a clb9 you should be scoring around 430

;) cheer up. You are not far off. What you need to do is improve your writing to 7 and listening to 8. Then you will be on your way to Canada.

guys i am already loving this forum, i dint expect this quick replies. Seems there is a lot for me to catch up. Thanks guys.

with my ielts score now, the CRS is showing as 102. if i retake as you guys suggested and get CLB 9 (L8;W7;R7;S7) i would get a CRS score as 124 for ielts. So 124-102 = 22 only would be added to my current CRS of 370 resulting in 392

How does it reach 429? let me know if i am missing something out or miscalculation.

:D You can try again. Assuming you're single and never married.

No. Max 3 years for work experience

The most straightforward way to get more points is to improve your first and second language.
