How to include Spouse on the CIC application (Already recieved Alberta PNP)?

Hi All, Me and my boyfriend came here as students, after graduation got work permit and we got married in May 2014. We decided to apply for AINP with myself as primary applicant and my husband as co-applicant. I received my nomination a week back, now my doubt is how to apply with CIC for PR for both of us? Do I have to make 2 applications, one for me and another for my husband as co-applicant or should I first apply for me and sponsor my husband after receiving my PR? Please let me know the applications and forms that I have to complete and send to CIC? I know what applications I should send for myself, but not sure on how to add my husband along in the application.
