How to go about Saskatchewan polytechnic

Please I'm a Nigerian and I graduated from one of the public universities with a CGPA of 4.00 on a scale of 5.00 from physics department, faculty of applied science .I intended on studying instrumentation in Saskatchewan polytechnic but I don't know if my application will be accepted considering that I have gotten an undergraduate certificate. My main reason for applying for it is because of my passion for instrumentation and I want to get well equipped practically than theoretically. Please I need help because I do not know what my chances of get it will be
