I will graduate at the end of this year, i.e. December. I plan to go back to my homeland in January and I haven't determine when I will be back to Canada.
My study permit is valid till Oct. 2012 and my graduation ceremony takes place at June 2012.
So my biggest question is, How to get the longest TRV for a graduating student?
Like I said, I don't want to restrict the return time. If I apply the TRV with my study permit they may only give my visa valid till the ceremony at June.
The other alternative is to apply the three year Post Graduation Work Permit and use it to apply entry-visa, which would possibly provide a three year visa.
But I really want to go back sooner and PGWP requires three months to process.
Can I ask CIC to mail PGWP to my homeland? Can I use PGWP to apply a entry-visa in other country's consulate without a employer's letter?
Thanks.
