How to get Temporary Resident Visa - Info required

Hi everyone,
I just got my PGWP approved from CIC. On checking CIC for a temporary resident Visa, it showed I had to pay $100 but I had paid (155 + 100) when applying for the PGWP.
It'd be really helpful if anyone can provide some inputs on how to apply for a TRV.
