how to get Signed form from India.?

I need to get my husband’s signature on Schedule form, his Additional Family Information form, can I email the form to him and after signing the document can he send back to me by fax or email (scan) OR it should be original form by mail.

My wife filed the required dependent forms and sent me via fedex duly signed from back home

How long it can take to get by FedEx ? I need to submit my file as soon as possible because of limited number of files under B category,… does FedEx operates on weekend too?
