How to get PR from Open Work Permit Visa

Hi

Currently i'm on Open Work permit visa and i'm in Canada now.
If any employer gives me a permanent job, How would I extend my visa or How would I apply for PR?

Is there a way to apply PR through FSW13 by showing the offer letter?
Is there a way to extend the open work permit visa by showing offer letter of the employer?

Can you please help me on this. I found below lines in CIC web site.

'Once we reach the cap, we can only accept applications under this occupation from people with a valid job offer in place.'

Please help me on this.

Look up whether you profession is considered for pr under fsw.

If yes, you'd probably be too late to file for this year because caps are full for most categories.

You can apply with arranged employment. But that means your employer needs to get a labour market opinion (lmo).

You need an approved LMO.

So only way to get PR with offer letter is via positive LMO.

If I have a positive LMO and currently with Closed Work permit, then can that person apply for PR as he/she already had positive LMO and currently in Canada?
