How to get points for french language?

As to proove english proficiency we are giving IELTS exams , which exams we can give to proove our french?
Please anybody who knows can supply info. as it would increase our application weight..

You can also google "Test d'Evaluation du Français" and will find some free relevant information and sample tests & questions.
