How to get PCC from Oman

Hi freinds,I have applied for canadian immigration at London office,I am indian national and presently working in saudi arabia.I have got PCC for both India and saudi and submitted to CIC.My Oman PCC is still pending,I need to get that because I worked in oman for 2 years in past.Is any possibilities to get that from saudi or India.Please give some information if u have,thanks
