how to get my money back?? please,help

how should i use this paper ?
to which bank i should go to take my money back?

If it is a Demand Draft which can be en-cashed in Dubai, I guess you can check out with your local Bank. They might be able to transfer the amount to your account after completing the formalities. Or if a specific bank is mentioned in the refund instrument you received, then you may have to contact that specific bank for refund.

actually there is no details, no bank is there also .
that's why i am confusing now and do not know what to do

I am sorry to read about the outcome of your application. Could you please mention what refund instrument and instruction have they provided with the declining letter? If there is no Bank Draft, then there is no point going to your bank. I am not very familiar with the refunding process. However, I have requested some members in the forum who had similar experiences, to enlighten the rest on this matter. Hope you will get your answer shortly.
