hi
i am going to create an application for federal skilled worker and i want to pay the
applicaion fee by money order made payable to the “Receiver General for Canada”
and in IRAN i can not do that so i can tell my brother in CANADA get it for me,
i wnat to know that is it enough that he email me the copy or i may need the original money order

original. money order is a cheque. they have to cash it. they cannot cash some fax copy.

i guess the best way of paying the fee in your case will be to get a certified check from your local bank payable in $ CAN. i am not sure how it will work to ask your brother to get the money order for you since we know that when the application is not complete they will return it to you!

Get your brother to courier the money order or bank draft to you in Iran then you can attach it with your application before sending it to NS Canada.

You can also pay your fee through credit card

or maybe your brother can get money order and send it back to you so you can attach it to your application ...
just guessing... what others will say

thank you all for prompt responses,
and i think i will tell my brother to get a money order and make a courier to bring it to me and i will attach the original one,
and 2 more questions:
1-we are 2 in my application, should i get two 550$ money orders or just on 1100$?
2-is any information about me is requires to be printed in the money order?

either way is fine (what i know is in USA and in some store it's: $500+fee so in your case it's going to be $500+fee;
$500+fee; 100+fee which mean u r going to have 3...not sure how it works in Canada

here in USA in some store it just says the amount u ask 4 but at the post office it says the amount and leaves u the spaces 4 who u r sending to and who is sending....so ask your brother overthere & see what he says

1- you get one money order in amount of 1100$ if you're 2 adults. (you and your spouse or common-low partner).
2- write your name and date of birth on it.

I have paid online using credit card... and attached the official receipt with my initial application.

I had paid here: https://services3.cic.gc.ca/epayweb/Welcome.do?lang=en
