HOW TO GET LICENCE TO WORK AS A MECHANICAL ENGINEER IN MANITOBA?

Hi Friends,

I am a Mechanical Engineer with 6 years of professional experience with Multinational Companies in INDIA. I have applied for PR through MPNP. I want to work as a Mechanical Engineer when i reach Manitoba, CANADA.

What is the right authority to obtain licence for working as a Mechanical Engineer?
What is the process of getting this licence?
In how much time is the licence issued?
After getting licence, will my Indian experience be given due consideration by the employers?

Please guide. Replies will be highly appreciated.
