How to get hint about the visas from cover envelop

One of my friend who got rejected said if you see some letter with the passport inside the envelop that means you are rejected. if you feel that there is only passport inside that means you got the visas.....enjoy

We received the bunch of documents back from the embassy
The one we submitted for assessment...

Plus a letter

Plus the VISA on top of them all...

but i think in india it is just a stamped pass port if you get visa

Yes i also think its only passport in the post when there is visa on it

you will get a letter when you get visa..i got visa and received the pp with visa stamped along with letter..
