How to get full time job to apply for Canadian experience class

Hello,

I am an international student recently completed my degree requirements for one year program in Ontario. I am thinking to apply for post grad work permit but the based one-year program I will get the only one-year work permit. And in that one year, I have to find a full-time job for 12 months to apply for Canadian experience class to get PR. I have heard it is very challenging to get a job in one-year
What should I do? how I can find job? which meets my requirements for CEC?
I am thinking to apply for another one year program. If I am applying for another one-year program will I get 3 years of post-grad work permit??? Is this true?

Apply for another one year course straight away and you should qualify for a 3 year PGWP having taken 2x1 year courses.
