How to get file transferred from DELHI to Manila Embasy - just received AOR2

Hello Everyone,

I am Indian citizen and has PR from the Manila Phillippines. I work and study in the Philippines.

I just got my AOR 2 from the Delhi : DELHIIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca

It will be way easier for me just to stay in Manila rather than go back home to India because I lived far away from Delhi.

Who do I need to contact and fix this issue ? Is it true that I will need to send an affidavit ?

Any advise will be helpful

Why do you "have to get back in India"?
They choose your visa office the way they want, usually based on applicant's home country.
