how to get caips notes

my student visa application was rejected i just wanted to how or where could i get caips notes regarding my application i submitted my application to chc islamabad
any help would be highly appreciated

Can you please explain why they rejected it what reason they gave in rejection letter and how much statement you shown and what's the total period of your statement.
