Hi,

I have been forced to send same CEC application twice.

1st one i had sent on Jan 2014.due to junk service by post canada they were not able to confirm me the delivery even though it was by priority express post.they later declared it as lost.
Misguided by Post canada i had collected all supporting docs and send the same application again on feb 12th 2014.this time by Fed-ex and that was reached after 2days.
Now 2days back i have got AOR mail on my first application even though it was lost by canada but in reality it was reached by 20th jan 2014.

Please advise me how to get back the 2nd application sent on feb 2014 which stand invalid now since my original one is under process.

Please please advise me if it is going to give any issue with my application under process.
Will i get back the money sent out in form of money order sent with teh second application again. ::)
 
Send email to them and let them know what happened. Scan the tickets and whatever info Canada post gave you.
They won't process the same application twice so they should not charge you again.
 
Were you expecting an answer within 15 minutes?

You should have your receipt and serial number from the money order you sent with your second application. You could ask Canada Post to stop payment on the money order. That way, your second application will be returned to you due to lack of payment.
