For those who are Internationally educated nurses (either licensed in Canada or still waiting for LPN or RN license) who are still outside Canada applying for Express Entry:

Is it possible for Canadian employers to give you a job offer while still overseas? How to get an employer for other jobs that does not need licensure (such as orderly, service worker I or II)?

Please help. How to get CRS points for job offer if we are not yet licensed nurses in any Canadian province but has an ongoing NNAS application?

Highly unlikely you'll get a job offer from an employer in Canada before you are a PR. This requires the employer to go through the long and expensive LMIA process. The vast majority of employers aren't willing to do this.
