How to find a job from India?

Guys I have total of one year experience in different industry sectors like Finance, Healthcare and Media. Additionally, I have an MBA degree from USA and have completed my internship with the state of Massachusetts. My current CRS score is 411 and am hoping to get ITA soon.

I have started applying for jobs on Indeed.ca and LinkedIn. Please suggest how to qualify to get an interview or which companies to apply for ?

To be honest, it's extremely difficult. I would forget about all of the major banks - they won't go through the LMIA process.
