How to fill the BSF186 form if I have already brought some items into Canada before landing?

Hi,

I are going to officially land in Canada next month. I have brought my clothes and personal items (nothing valuable) last year during my visit (as a tourist) to my family in Canada. How do I fill up the BSF186 form? Do I still have to list out all the personal items that I brought into Canada last year? Thank you for your advice.

Omit them and list those not yet brought but intend to bring ones.
